A beautiful old building combining tradition and modernity, immaculately maintained. Popular with wedding parties, but these celebrate separately and their arrivals are fun to watch. An excellent pool adds to the charm and sense of relaxation. Excellent breakfast buffet served in cosy dining room or - even nicer - outside on the terrace under palms and amidst the lush gardens. Staff all very professional, courteous and helpful, and can manage in English, German and possibly some French, though it added to the pleasure to be able to speak Spanish and gain all sorts of useful tips and opinions about Mallorcan life and places. Easy to find from a trunk road, and provides excellent access to all parts of the island (as against being located in one of the resort areas in a 'corner'). The restaurant is fairly expensive, but the quality of the food is outstanding, with a moderate but varied menu, served graciously in a delightful stone barn adjacent to the terrace. Far from being a 'resort' hotel; much more a characterful and relaxing 'manor away from home'. Recommended for value (though not cheap) and high standards. I would certainly want to return, and plan to do so. The style and setting could suit a range of clients wanting something 'different'. Driving half a mile up a palm-lined avenue is disconcerting at first, but the arrival is worth it.
Wi-fi is available in the reception hall to those with laptops, but a 'common' internet terminal or two might be useful for business travellers. TV in rooms (for those that want it) but there is a limited selection of channels. Otherwise, nothing!
A number of small town and quite characterful villages are easily accessible, and the nearby large town of Inca, while not of any great charm, has a complete range of shops and services. Otherwise, it is easy to access glorious mountain scenery, popular beaches, and, a little further away, the many characterful and picturesque coves and ports of the east and west coasts. Palma is easily accessed by bus or train from Inca, and the drive to the airport should only take about 45 minutes. Hotel personnel can advise on the attractions of different areas, market days etc.

La recepción de la señal de TDT es horrible, no hay modo de ver la TV en condiciones, sería conveniente poner colchones de 2mts. de longitud, para gente de estaura media alta, están algo justos e incómodos.
