Cardinal Hotel Rome St Peter

Fabiana at the front desk was delightful and very helpful. She and her colleagues that were working with her late Sat. and early Sunday went out of their way with information and to help us in their needs. The men who checked us in were somewhat helpful but not to this point. Also there seemed to be a difference in the price quoted to us and what we paid for in airport transport from the one reception desk personnel to the other. We ended up paying more.

The dining room staff was a mixed bunch. At night, the bartender was very nice and helpful. In the morning, the light haired woman and younger gentleman were hardworking. The short dark haired woman, who did also work hard, was unfortunately also very rude. At one point when I asked for an expresso, she yelled at me to get one from the self-service machine while she graciously went and made three for a table of businessmen. She had a totally different attitude towards our family, who was from the states, then she did for other foreign speaking travelers. She also showed her rudeness and disdain for us one morning when she entailed the help of another staff member and very loudly cleaned up all around us as if to rush us along.

The Hotel should offered guests more !!!!! for a pleasent stay in Rome looking forward to your comments

No bathrobes or slippers as shown when booking was offered. Plastic cups should not be offered for breakfast juice at any time or hotel. Food very low standard and poor quality for a 4star hotel room not changed in anyway for meals to bar at night not pleasent for a evening drink with family. No lobby except outside in the cold to read a book etc

no day or evening entertainment was offered in your hotel or nearby to enjoy
