Baños muy nuevos, e instalaciones adecuadas.

Los recepcionistas no saludan ni al entrar en el hotel, ni al salir. Es un gesto que en España no estamos acostumbrados. El desayuno cada día era igual, no introduce novedades, cambios, ...

Visitar toda la ciudad y alrededores.

Overall this hotel did not disappoint us at all. Staff helpful. Rooms cleam and warm. Breakfasts excellent.

Good sized room (booked superior room and disabled room). Very accessible for wheelchair - especially the bathroom. Hotel very clean and freshly decorated.

Hotel staff were not very friendly - rather officious. Needed to ask repeatedly for top up of toiletries and loo roll. Computer room not accessible. No staff evident at breakfast - if I had been travelling alone, I would have struggled with help.

Excellent value for money. Would recommend to others.Very happy with facilities and would have no hesitation returning.

Overall I would definitely stay again. The room was so spacious I didn't feel as if I were living on top of my possessions, there was a separate door which formed a kind of 'hallway' when shut and meant that the bathroom was screened off completely, very civilised! I wasn't made to feel uncomfortable being on my own and the breakfast room was well laid out and spacious, with no anxious circling to find a table, which I've had elsewhere. Also, as previously mentioned, the location is excellent and tours of the city start just across the road.

Very central location, excellent for short stay. I stayed alone and had a very spacious room, not always the case as a solo traveller. The bed was comfortable and the room did not get outside noise (just usual hotel noise, guests returning late etc). I appreciated the mini bar which, although I didn't use the stock, was invaluable for keeping water, fruit, yoghurt etc and there were nice touches like pen and paper, shoe cleaner, shower cap, even a shoe horn.

The shower smelt a little mouldy and on inspection, there was quite a lot of mould visible in one corner. The toilet could have done with a good clean, nothing horrendous, just a build-up of dirt around the water level. Also not good quality toilet paper for such an upmarket hotel. The sink was chipped and in general the bathroom, though sizeable, was rather shabby. I'd also have liked a kettle in the room but this doesn't seem to be common in Europe.

the locality is exceptional

This was not a 4 star hotel, or at least not our room!! It was very small, lacked in facilities and to be honest I would have expected better. On the plus side the staff were very helpful and obliging. However, don't think I would stay there again - I would choose somewhere that actually lived up to its rating.

The hotel is rated 4 Star, this I would question. The room booked was a double/Twin Superior.Although it had the basic ammenities, the room was very small and therefore cramped with very little wardrobe space. The breakfast area was small which involved waiting for a table most mornings. With regards the food, the choice and quality was poor and the same every day. Whilst we enjoyed our stay I would not use this hotel again.
