Hotel Ca' dei Conti

En un primer momento la habitación que nos asignaron no tenia nada que ver con las fotos que aparecia en la web, de calidad muy inferior a lo ofertado. No estaba situada ni siquiera en el mismo edificio del hotel sino en una comunidad de vecinos enfrente del hotel, se accedia a la misma por un zaguan oscuro y en la planta baja, a pie de calle habian habilitado tres habitaciones, ( sí, como suena). Al quejarnos nos cambiariaron al día siguiente a otra habitacion ubicada en otro edificio "Conte Querini", que si respondia a nuestras expectativas.

Beautiful, small, traditional hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Ideal situation - between St, Marks and Rialto. We would go back again.

Nice central position

Found the counter staff especially one young Italian gentlemen to be very unhelpful. We ordered a coke as there were none in the room and it never arrived. It was most odd when we checked into the hotel as our room was literally beside reception. They showed us our room and insisted on keeping our case saying they would bring it to the room. It was hard to beleive considering the roomdoor was in shouting distance of the reception that in the end after ten minutes frustrated waiting I had to go back and ask if we could possibly have it. Very poor!!!

Very close to St Marks. Quiet location but very central, helpful, friendly staff.
