Sehr nettes Personal, sehr schöner Blick über Budapest. Das Zimmer ist im Rahmen des Alters sauber

Einrichtung und Zustand der Zimmer sind nicht in gutem Zustand, Schimmel im Bad und am Duschvorhang. Alles ist aus den 70er Jahre. Frühstück ist nicht empfehlenswert, schlechte Qualität, z.T. kalte oder leer. Saft erbärmlich und das für 12 Euro.

more right than wrong if you can get this hotel for less than 5o euro yes more perhaps not 100 euro find another hotel . I paid around 30 euro and thought I had a real bargain.

Really its a hotel of the time it was built - I think 70s . Not fashionable but the rooms are great as is the view . Prices are low . A tiny bit outside the main centre. Not good for in house food or entertainment. If you want a 'cool' hotel nice staff and will get a taxi evry night to explore the city perfect.

Very friendly staff - so helpful. Great breakfast - despite negative comments made by other travellers. Great choice and plenty of it. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Extremely clean rooms. Reasonable bar and restaurant prices

Air conditioning not very effective.

Cog railway. Nice walks on Castle hill. Right opposite tram stop and near transport interchange.

Staff was excellent, could not be more helpful if they tried.

Tea/coffee facilities were not provided in the room and we had to ask for it every day. This should be provided as standard in the 4* hotel. Lamp above the bed was in an odd position, one could get very heart if not careful. I suggest removing and lifting higher.

Not much near the hotel, but tram stopped was outside and it was easy to get around the town. Excellent public transport system.

5 minutes from main transport hub so everything both Pest and Buda is accessible by public transport.

The interior of the hotel is very unusual; the decor inside the public areas is charmingly old, it felt grand and well cared for, my friend and i really loved it, it really amused us. The seating area both in reception and in the bar gave you a feeling of luxury but in a retro kind of way. The dining area is also lovingly maintained and has old world glamour. The breakfast buffet is a pleasant surprise, with a rather nice choice of food and drinks. The bedroom was basic and clean but the views from the window are stunning. The bathroom is small and basic but very clean and bright. The staff are well presented, helpful and very professional. Overall the hotel is good value for money and situated in a handy position for sightseeing.

The bedrooms unfortunately didn't have the same charm as the rest of the hotel which is a real shame and the lifts sounded like they could do with a little attention.

A modern hotel which accommodates all types of traveller. Staff are helpful, polite and considerate and many speak English. Located in an ideal situation for Public Transport, which incidentally is excellent. Taxi rank is across the road.

The hotel has a very nice location, 10 minutes by walk to a metro station, there are also tram and bus stations in front of the hotel. You can also get to the Pest centre by walk - it's like 40 minutes away. The room was small but very clean, the bathroom was perfectly equipped. The receptionists are extremely helpful, but not ennoying, they explained us how to get to different locations, made several bookings for us, recomended a lot of places to visit. The neighbourhood is calm and nice, the view from the hotel room was splendid. You can also use the hotel's change service, the rate is very decent. We would definitely stay again in this hotel, when we visit Budapest again.
