    Sorry, can't identify language over these spaces.

    Room allocated (Room 236) was excessively hot and inadequately ventilated when we arrived. Did not improve significantly overnight due to limited ventilation allowed. (weather was unseasonably warm)

    For a three star hotel it was acceptable. It todays high tech world free internet connection was very pleasing.

    Cost of telephone calls was outrageous, the worst that I have ever come across.

    Pleasant staff but overworked.

    Only "smoking" bedroom available. Very unpleasant odour. Room very noisy - could hear everything said and done in adjacent rooms. Kettle malfunctioning, TV not worth having in room. Understaffed bar and restaurant.

    Easy access to the airport and Metro.Reception staff very apologetic with allocation of first room. Reception staff very helpful in the morning at check out. Continental breakfast in room good.

    First room allocated had had a flood and carpet soaking. Bar not staffed, rang reception and someone appeared immediately from the restaurant and asked why I had not said I wanted to order from the Bar! Instruction were to ring Reception. Hotel in need of modernisation, looking a little tired.

    This is a typical hotel of its type and is obviously not suited for long stays with a family as it is not designed for leisure activities.

    Very convenient for the airport. Easy transport from there into Newcastle by Metro. Quiet room with good tea and coffee making facilities. Ideal for short stays while in transit. Overall no problems and a good room rate (probably due to a last minute booking).

    Very convenient to airport and Newcastle

    I had lost my mobile on the way to Newcastle and hotel payphones would not allow me to call mobile phones. Reception allowed me to use the desk phone which was really helpful, although (being picky) no privacy as at main desk.
