Th hotel is a perfect locatoin for Camden, Hampstead and Primrose Hill. The rooms were clean but very tired. Infact the entire hotel is very dated and is in desperate need of refurbishment. There was nothing much to fault it, we had twin beds and a double. The single beds in the twin room were very comfortable but the double was lumpy and not comfortable. If you are looking for somewhere to relax and luxuriate this hotel isn't for you, we needed to be near friends and Camden and for that it was perfect. But be warned it is located on a very busy road. We had to have the windows open asit was summer and there is no A?C so be prepared for a VERY noisy stay.

The hotel staff was very kind.
The room bed was horrible. Our room was very very noisy so it was impossible to sleep. The toilet wasn´t working correctly.
Nothing. You have to walk 10min. to the nearest underground station if you want to do something.

Reception staff provided excelent service. I like to mention Alex, at reception. He was really helpful and polite.
tv was a bit too old for our days. Plus the remote control did not had batteries and couln't change programes.

Very fine personality I would like to stay here another time.
We needed a hair-dryer the curtains had to be changed (room 316)
I dont know, we went into the city. The station is near by.

chambres vetustes. loin du metro. saleté de l'hotel. petit dejeuner inmangeable. accueil lamentable. sourire inexistant.

un buon hotel con uno staff gentile e serio... io lo consiglio per i ragazzi che vogliono spendere poco ed avere un buona qualità di alloggio

Moquette tachée dans la chambre, manque de propreté de la salle de bain. Salle de restauration pas nette : chaises tachées et traces d'éclaboussures sur les radiateurs par exemple.
