    The only thing Id like to suggest is that the chambermaids stay in the rooms occaisionally so they can see little points like the underside of the soap dish when you lie in the bath. It wasnt bad but theyde never have the chance to lie in the bath to see it needed a bit more work.

    Room was clean and well chamber maided

    The windows had a great view of the Cathederal but the windows were filthy.

    there was so much space in my room, a double bed and a double sofa, as I am studying out of work, I pulled the sofa bed out and was very confortable. had a lovely shower in the morning. The reception staff had a headache but still kept a smile on her face during busy times. lovely clean white bed linnen.

    I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. i found the staff very very very rude on check in, a simple thing was turned into a total shambles and then when promise a call from reception they never called. my room was clean apart from the fasct we couldn't hardly see out of the windows as they were so dirty. the matress for the bed was about half a foot too small all the way round and you could tell part of the bed had be removed from the big holes at the end of the bed. the bathroom was clean apart from the fact the plug hole in the sink didn't work as soon as you filled it, it emptied! plus the side of the bath kept falling off.
