    Para ser en Ginebra el hotel está bastante bien. Bien ubicado y la atención buena. El baño limpio y cómodo.

    I would stay here again without question!

    Very attentive and friendly staff. Excellent ambiance to the lobby area and rooms.The new wellness centre is terrific - don't forget your bathing suit! Room service was surprisingly affordable (compared to eating in the restaurant downstairs).

    Bar snacks are a bit overpriced, but we expected to pay a bit extra for the convenience of eating without having to venture outside!

    Location is good, close to regular buses and the train station.

    The hotel was everything we expected it to be - our room was large and very comfortable. Staff were extremely courteous and polite and check in/out was a smooth efficient process. The hotel is very centrally located - only a couple of minutes from the lake and shopping and a 10 minute walk to the old town.

    Complimentary room up-grade offered due to slight previous problem. Excellent entertainment in bar during evening, plus harpist at breakfast!! Staff most friendly and professional. Would recommend without hesitation.

    Shopping, lake trips, sightseeing in old city, visit CERN.
