Staff were fantastic, hotel lobby, bar area and dining area were to a very high standard
All 3 rooms we booked were in desperate need of refurbishment and maintenance as was all the upstairs areas.

Staff were very helpful, the breakfast was good with lots of choice & plenty of it. Also the rooms were larger than expected, with everything we needed for a nights stay.
We ordered a wake up that was not received We were informed the wrong times for breakfast but staff still accommodated us so no problem.
The hotel is situated close to Oxford Street, Tottenham Court Road & many West End theatres which was ideal for our visit.

The hotel was location was convienant. The staff went of their way to help you. The breakfast was good and there were so many options to choose from.
The room could do with decorating and were very small. The room was not air conditioned and we could not leave the window has it would not stay open. It was very hot to say the least.

First room damp and cold, second room cold and third room warm.Disappointing to be moved so many times.I would avoid and not recommend this hotel.

Location, clean, good breakfast, friendly staff.
When we checked in the hotel had no reference to the fact we had paid for breakfast. This information had not been passed on by hotelopia. They had to ring Hotelopia to find out.

Very well located and nice staff.
The reservation I made through Private Access did not reach the hotel, however that wasn't a problem for the hotel staff.

Good location, clean room with adequate facilities.
One gripe - couldn't check in when I arrived and was told to come back at 2pm having left my luggage with reception. Returned about 2.30pm to find reception unmanned and after several calls, someone eventually arrived after 10 minutes. He apologised as he'd been 'having his lunch' apparently! Most unprofessional to leave reception 'abandoned'.
Location, clean, good breakfast, friendly staff.
