Helpful reception staff when a problem was brought to their notice
Wasnt the hotel pictured on the website The shower basin didnt drain away. There were no plugs in the sink. The room was cold.

To be honest, the only positive aspect of the Hotel was that we were fortunate enough to have a room at the back that blocked the awful view and kept us away from the busy road. Clean sheets and towels everyday were a bonus.
Rude staff. Reception frequently un-manned. Chemical tasting juice at Breakfast. Powdered cold coffee also. Stale Breadrolls. Very cheap meats and plastic cheese. Shower head broken. Shower door came off the hinges. Horrible dated decor throughout the Hotel and room. Cheap feel to everything. Hot water tap and bathroom trickled water. Location is awful, in the suburbs that would make most people feel unsafe and afraid to venture out.
