NOME PARECE BIEN QUE POR QUE SUCLIENTELA SEA EXTRANJERA LOS ESPECTACULOS Y JUEGOS TENGAN QUE SER EN INGLES SI HAY ESPAÑOLES TENDRIAN QUE COMBINARLO PUESTO QUENOSAOTROS HEMOS SIDO CLIENTES EN ESE ASPECTO NO NOS HA GUSTADO HEMOS TENIDO QUE IRNOS A OTRO SITIO A CONSUMIR Y HA ESTAR TOMANDO ALGO TE ABURRIAS SIEMPRE PARA LOS INGLESES

Está bien situado, es tranquilo y el servicio es bueno.

Es un hotel dirigido especialmente a turistas ingleses, y todas las animaciones son en inglés.

El hotel con mejor trato por parte de los empleados que conozco, tanto de restauracion, bar, animación, recepción, servicio de limipieza,...

Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Servicio muy amable.

Destaca la calidad de la comida, no en vano está incluido en la guia Michelin. Las habitaciones son muy amplias. Las dobles realmente son unas triples casi cuadruples, pueden caber comodamente un matrimonio con 2 hijos pequeños

Mayoritariamente de clientes ingleses, por lo que es dificil que niños españoles hagan amistades con otros

Hotel bien situado en zona tranquila, ideal para familias con niños, con múltiples actividades. Buena calidad de la comida. Limpio. Persosnal atento. Ocupado mayoritariamente por británicos.

Cerca de la playa de las américas, en zona de ocio y comercial. Cerca del mar aunque no en primera linea. A cinco minutos andando del paseo maritino. Junta a la parada de autobus que llevan al parque Siam y Jungle Park.

location of the hotel is why we go to the Bitacora. It is in the quietest part of Playa but in easy reach oh bars shops and the sea. The bus stops are only a few metres away to get to other parts of the island and to catch the excursion buses you just cross the road. After your first visit you receive a spring card which entitles you to 15% off your bill.

The food at the Bitacora is of good quality but is a little repetative and the sweets are more or less the same every night. The childrens pool is not heated.

My wife and I,have just returned from a week in the Bitacora Hotel, and as expected, we where not disappointed, as this hotel has an excellent location, very customer friendly, and staff are most professional.Rooms are a good size, cleanliness very good. Quality of food was top class, with an excellent choice of hot and cold plates to suit every-ones taste.I would have no reservation about recommending this hotel to couples seeking a quiet relaxing break. We shall return again in spring 2009.

Rooms are maybe in need of some modernization, as they are a bit dated.

The excellent Playa Las Vistas beach is a five minute walk from the hotel, and lots of good restaurants and music bars can be found nearby. Golf is also available with an excellent golf course only one km away.
