Room clean and tidy, maybe a bit too warm. Bathroom spotless. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Excellent value for money.

very nice hotel ideal to stay before or after flights in the ideal position no noise from the many flights from the airport were intrusive we could not fault the hotel on any grounds what so ever!!!
none which takes believing these days.

Excellent courtesy bus service to/from airport and Man. Airport rail station. Frequent and efficient.

the kettle didn't work and I only realised this when we got up for a very early flight it was too late to report and get a replacement, desk staff did not apologise or seemed concerned

clean and well presented
Did not give us a family room as booked so had to change rooms. Also had to pay £5 for overnight parking even though was staying in the hotel

On check out morning at around 9:00 to 9:30 there was a large queue of people trying to check out and many were in a rush but had to wait far too long because the one receptionist was dealing with the desk while the other was constantly taking phone calls.
The restaurant food and service was excellent.
The food served in the lounge bar was terrible, I ate there two nights and it was overcooked very badly both times.

Reason for trip was to football match at Old Trafford. Due to timing of flights we decided we'd be best placed staying at the airport as the train from Manc Picadilly runs late into the night. This worked out great for us. Hotel met/exceeded all expections...
except they forgot to give us a wakeup call. We had alarm set on phone anyway.
Get the train into Manchester. Regular service takes about 20 minutes and costs £5 single.




My second visit to Bewleys and again I was impressed by the friendly service and the excellent shuttle service from station
and later on to Terminal. I shall continue to use Bewleys for any further stop-overs at Manchester Airport.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Der Shuttle-Service zum Flughafen/Bahnstation sollte etwas besser koordiniert werden. Ich hatte einen Transport um 8.30 Uhr zum Bahnhof bestellt. Doch morgens war so viel los (es regnete auch noch in Strömen), dass die beiden Busse voll besetzt waren und ich auf den nächsten warten musste. Diese Wartezeit dauerte mir jedoch zu lange und ich wollte meinen Zug um 9.00 Uhr nicht verpassen, so dass ich einen Taxifahrer mit einem Fünfer dazu "überreden" konnte, mich auf seiner Rücktour mitzunehmen und am Bahnterminal rauszulassen.
