no lo se, porque me mandaron a otro hotel por motivos de overbooking

todas, ya que nos dijeron que nos tenian que trasladar a otro hotel de 5 estrellas, ya que habia gente que habia bebido y manchado las habitaciones, y que como no las tenian preparadas, por su mal olor, nos derivaban a otro hotel. se de sobra que juegan con el overbooking

Precioso hotel, amabilidad y muy limpio, no faltan detalles, además esta muy bien situado (cerca del Castillo y del Puente de Carlos, en la zona de Malostranska) pero en una calle tranquila. Muy recomendable

Perfect bed, great lacation, amazing view over Senad gardens and Prague Castle (5th floor up), nice and helpful staff. Little spoils like coffe and tea served in the room at request for free make a great diference :) Condictions and staff make you travel in time and feel like Royalty. In 3days from this Hotel you can walk over all Prague. Very safe area even at night.

Breakfast is served until 10:30 but around 10:00 reposition of food is almost none.

less than 5 minutes from Charles Bridge, 10 minutes to Castle and lots of restaurants in the near vicinity. Public transport of all varieties in less than 5 minutes.

Very nice interior.Everything was very nice, abd the staff very helpful.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Small distances to al the great buildings and others worth looking at.

Best location - Metro, Tram 150m, nearby Old Town, 5* smilling Staff, 5* breakfast, 5* room cleanness, an excellent week.

The hotel was of a very good standard, the staff hospitable and professional.

There are lots of little shops and cafes just around the corner. Charles Bridge and the Castle are within a few minutes walk.

Beware of taxi drivers. Even a legit taxi driver ripped us off, claimed he didnt know where hotel was as it was new even though we showed him on map exactly where it was and had a card giving exact location of hotel.

Beautiful hotel in very convenient though expensive location. Staff very friendly and curteous.

Expensive drinks in hotel bar - tea worked out at almost £3.00 per cup. No tea/coffee facilities in room although they were available for free from room service. Also, we stayed in standard room and it was very very small, would be worthwhile upgrading if possible.

Usual array of restaurants etc, but as prague is so compact pretty much everything was handy - 5mins to Charles Bridge and 15 to Old Town Square

The hotel was exactly as desribed in the infromation provided at the time of booking, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was within easy walking distance of the main attractions, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. If you didn't want to walk into the city the tram stop was only a 5 min walk away. We would book this hotel again.

We felt that some of the extras provided by the hotel were very expensive and chose not to take advantage of these offers e.g to watch a film in our room £18, use of the sauna £15 pp. There was some confusion over what half-board included (perhaps this is a new concept in Prague) and our meal on the first night left a lot to be desired, however they got things sorted by the second night and the food was excellent, our only complaint would be that there was only one option for each course so if it was something you didn't like you had to go without! It didn't cause a problem for us as we will eat most things but we could see it could be a problem for some people.
