This is San Simeon's only oceanfront accommodation. Family owned and operated, the beach hotel is known for its warm hospitality. The inviting lobby greets guests at the check-in. There are 90 spacious rooms spread over 2 floors. The hotel is air-conditioned and facilities include a hotel safe, newspaper stand, hairdressing salon and a restaurant. Conference facilities are available for business travellers and Internet access is provided (additional fees apply). Those arriving by car may park their vehicles in the hotel's car park.
Habitaciones
All rooms are non-smoking, pet-friendly, tastefully appointed and have one king or two queen-size beds. Each room also has an en suite bathroom with a bath and a hairdryer. In addition all rooms include a DVD player, radio, minibar, coffee/tea maker, refrigerator, iron and ironing board and satellite TV with HBO. Individually regulated air conditioning and individually regulated heating are standard features in all accommodation.
Actividades deportivas
The hotel features a large heated outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, a guest laundry and a work-out room. For an additional fee, guests can pamper themselves with a massage or spa treatment. Morro Bay Golf Course is about 35 minutes' drive away.

Guests are invited to check in after 4 pm, and are requested to check out before 12 pm. Pets are allowed, based on the availability of pet friendly rooms. The property is just 5 km south of Hearst Castle on scenick Highway 1. The hotel has access to its own 900 feet of California coastline.
