    Su situación es inmejorable, muy céntrico y cerca de la plaza San Marcos. Está muy limpio. Nada de ruidos, la estancia fue muy agradable.

    TAL VEZ SERIA DE DESEAR,MAYOR VOLUNTAD DE "SERVIR" O "AYUDAR",EN EL PERSONAL DE COMEDOR,...BIEN..PERO ESCASO ESPIRITU DE SERVICIO, AUNQUE EN NADA ENSOMBRECE LA SENSACIÓN DE BIENESTAR QUE SACAMOS DE LA ESTANCIA EN EL HOTEL

    The staff was friendly.

    The room was small and dark. The bottom of the bath tub was covered with black stains. On our first day, I asked the gentleman behind the desk for referral to a non-tourist type restaurant. He said that was very difficult in Venice and then proceeded to send us to an awful restaurant in the heart of the San Marco toursit area. Needless to say we did not eat there and managed to find some decent restaurants with good food on our own.

    We had some difficulty to find the hotel as it's located in a place that not even local trade people knew where it exactly was. But the hotel was very pleasant place to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. We would recommend it to anyone.

    Room a little small but this may be typical of rooms in VENICE. Small breakfast room and we had to queue for about 25mins before being allowed into the room on the first morning. The hotel opened up rooms into the next door hotel which they also own to deal with the problem the next day.No comment on the price/quality ratio as I think rooms in Venice are generally pricey.

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement idéalement placé, entre la place St MArco et le Pont Rialto. L'hotel est calme, le personnel accueillant et parle Français. Nous y retournerons !!

    La douche de la chambre 307 ne fonctionne pas bien et "arrose" la salle de bains...
