Best Western Kings Manor Hotel

It was our first visit to kings Manor and not really sure what to expect. We had a really good deal on Hotelopia and I couldn't believe the quality and service we received for the amount of money we paid.

From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel very welcome, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff in all areas of the hotel were very friendly. The food and service in both restaurants was first class. There was the leisure facility's with lots to do. My family used the swimming pool and gym. We will certainly be returning to Kings Manor.

It is a few miles out of the city centre, but there is a bus stop just outside the door and the bus arrives every 12 minutes. On the other hand the beach is close at hand and if you like horse racing Mussleburgh is just down the road

Warm, comfortable & the Spa facilities were great

Room a little on the small side, the only criticism was that the bathroom fan didnt work independently from the light switch & we found some people when vacating their nearby room in the early hours must have left the bathroom light on & therefore the fan, which caused the noise to reverberate for hours into our bathroom duct.

Notalot but the bar was lively & there was a bus into edinburgh from near the hotel every 15mins which only took 12 minutes.

I would certainly recommend this hotel to others, and would certainly stay here again.

A pleasant, friendly, relaxed and clean hotel. Very informative regarding the event we had travelled to Edinburgh for, which was the rugby. Good local transport links into Edinburgh.

Minor - breakfast was cold, this was rectified.

everything you want in a hotel and more - especially the added benefit of the swimming pool

waiting time for food in Bistro left a lot to be desired - but when food did arrive it was gorgeous just a bit disappointed in the time for swimming pool - 7pm cut off for children

hotel is very well located for touring Scotland and the Borders

brilliant breakfast,bistro 1st class. slightly disappointed with restaurant meal on fri 12th but must be forgiving as that was a christmas party night and the hotel was packed.

Excellent hotel, very clean modern, staff very helpful and brilliant bus route into the town centre.

We couldn't have asked for a room any better, plenty of space for a family, brand new facilities. The staff were very helpful and friendly, went out of their way to make us feel welcome, would definately recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, substantial breakfast with good vareity and good selection of food in both bar and restaurant giving great value for money. The ensuite facilities need attention. i had to run around under my shower to get wet!! But pleasant enough.

The service provided at Best western King's Manor, Edinburgh was excellent.
