Hotel muy céntrico y por lo tanto muy cerca de todo. El puente de Carlos IV está a 5 minutos andando. A nosotros nos dieron una habitación muy pequeña pero para ir a dormir nos bastaba. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias así como los alrededores del hotel. Está situado en una zona muy tranquila y cercano a restaurantes. Está muy bien comunicado por tranvía. El restaurante del hotel nos gustó mucho. La comida era buena y el precio adecuado al nivel de la cocina. El desayuno buffet variado y bastante bueno.
La habitación que nos dieron era pequeña

The only negative was the madrass. Very hard,theymust be softer.
Pubs and resturants. Shopping and the tram was nearby. close to the old city ande the new city.

Very nice room, good location, quiet, helpful staff.
Bathroom was very small for size of bedroom, only had shower cubicle, no bath.

dont take a chance on substandard 4 star hotels book this one and you will be completly satisfied all round first class service
very elegant 17th century theme all staff very helpful and freindly.room was large and clean.massive super sized bed.excellant breakfast buffet service.excellant restaraunt serving fine food.reception will do anything for their guests from booking taxis advising on travel and sightseeing and even if you forget something like a toothbrush,razor toiletries ect the hotel provide these things free of charge .....we cant wait to go backprobably the nicest hotel I have stayed in

located in the historic quarter and very close to all tourist sites an ideal location to see everything.hotel is right next to kampa park and very close to the free open air cinemain the surrounding area are a very good mix of restaraunts providing menus to suit every taste and nationality.very good bars in the area especially j.j. murphys irish bar just 5 minute walk

Quite pleasant but not a 4 star hotel by UK or any other western European standards. Chosen mainly for the location which is great and for the price deal.
