Super Ausgangspunkt um Berlin zu erkunden, sehr zentral! Personal ist sehr freundlich und erfüllt alle geäußerten Wünsche. Frühstücksbuffet (muß man für €8 pro Tag extra bezahlen) lohnt sich sehr, sehr lecker, mit leckerem, frischen Angebot!! Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super! Haben z.B. da wir zu sechst da waren, beim Frühstück Tische umschieben müssen, damit wir zusammensitzen konnten. Am nächsten Tag hat das Personal uns das schon gleich vorbereitet gehabt, ohne dasss wir nochmal danach fragen mussten!

Haben ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht, haben erst ein Raucherzimmer bekommen. Nachdem wir unsere Beschwerde alledings an der Rezeption geäußert haben, haben sie es schnell noch geändert und wir haben dann ohne Probleme in ein Nichtraucherzimmer umziehen können.

Very clean and staff very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. I would recommend it to anyone.

Very convenient to Freidrichstrasse Station and travel links. Staff were not overly friendly but were helpful when asked to provide tea making facilities or order a cab. Hotel was very clean, beds very comfortable, shower room small but excellent power shower. Little traffic noise. No air con which mightbe a problem in the summer but not in February in the snow.

Walking distance to many of the sites - Museum Island, Reichstag, Brandenburg Gate, Unter den Linden.

The hotel is in the heart of ex-east Berlin

Although it's compact, it's clean and has plenty of hot water for a quick shower. Perfect location with a short walk from Friedrichstrasse train station and central for all the main museums and attractions. Although we didn't try it, there is a decent nightclub in a converted warehouse nearby called Studio 54. Staff are also very friendly and helpful

Room is very small, at times felt like we were both in a game of Tetris. Shame they don't have a sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool.

Most museums and attractions are within a 30min brisk walk away, with plenty of opportunities to stop and have a coffee or bit to eat. Berlin Zoo is well worth a visit. If a student, make sure you take your student card as this gets you 50% off the price of museums, a discount visiting the zoo, and reduced travel fare when buying U-bahn tickets at the station.
