As funcionárias afectas ao serviço do pequeno almoço são antipáticas e incompetentes. Deixaram esgotar os alimentos, com muitos clientes por servir e perante as solicitações destes, algumas nem sequer lhes responderam.

Lage zwar nicht zentral, aber mit Metro gut erreichbar. Frühstück vielfältig und gut. Zimmer ok, Personal freundlich.
Da mitten in der Stadt, lage nicht besonders ruhig, Straßenlärm höhrbar.

Nice hotel good breakfast
Had problem with first room we were given when shower was leaking and heat not working. This was resolved quickly and we were moved to a superior room at no extra cost.
Not a great deal worst feature of the hotel but tube stop was only 10 minute walk away into the centre of Rome.

Las habitaciones muy grandes, la atención buenísima y el servicio genial
Las habitaciones que dan a la calle son un poco ruidosas, pero se llega tan cansado que se duerme bien.

- Une excellente literie - Une salle de bain bien équipée avec accessoires changés régulièrement - Personnel très agréable

Très bon séjour, personnel accueillant et agréable
wifi très faible en chambre petit déjeuner limité en choix
Las habitaciones muy grandes, la atención buenísima y el servicio genial
MUY BUEN HOTEL, MUY LIMPIO, CON BUEN BUFFET EN EL DESAYUNO Y MUY AMABLE EL PERSONAL, ADEMAS NO ESTA MUY LEJOS DE LA PARADA DE METRO, A UNOS 300 MTS.
NADA RESEÑABLE. TAL VEZ UN POCO ALEJADO DEL CENTRO.
NO MUCHAS LA VERDAD, ESTA AL LADO DE LA UNIVERSIDAD, PERO NO HABIA MUCHO AMBIENTE, TAMBIEN FUIMOS ENTRE SEMANA.
