    right next to the airport with bus service to the airport at a reasonable price of £3.50 per head. bus departed from very early times in the morning. Staff were very helpful and informative with enquiries.

    would be helpful to note on the actual website where and what bus to catch to get to the hotel. I had to personally call the hotel to find this information. Not a massive problem but I think it would be good to have all information of this nature on the website.

    The Hotel provided exactly what we needed for the night before a flight out from Gatwick. We were impressed.

    Room was nice clean. good size good value for money. Restaurant & food was good.

    One female member of reception staff was quite rude, however there was another person on her first day at reception who was really freindly.

    I found out to my cost that the dinner offer was misleading as it said spend £25 on dinner & receive s discount whereas the reality was £25 had to spent on food, not including drinks etc.!

    I will definitely use this hotel again if passing through Gatwick.

    Good room, small but good. Hot water when you wanted it too. Well soundproofed so no outside noise. Really good bed. Great breakfast. Good bus link to hotel from airport (£3).

    Walls are thin.... next door were audible and vocal..... and .....

    It was positive that hotel visit was only 5 hours!

    Shit place, too expencive, nothing for money, no free transportation from airport, 8 euros from airport by bus! Shower broken, no soap, "some micro sivilication in water cooker?!"
