Personal eficiente y agradable, aunque no es céntrico está muy bien comunicado (al lado hay parada de metro y de varios autobuses) con lo que en unos 15 minutos estás en el centro, muy bien comunicado con los dos aeropuerts de la ciudad (Tegel y Schönefeld), bufet-libre para desyuno muy completo y el personal habla perfectamente inglés.
En algunas habitaciones se oye el tráfico de la calle y una carretera cercana.
Hay un hipermercado justo enfrente y tiendas de comida, fotografía, fruterías... y algún bar-restaurante que no son gran cosa pero pueden venir bien después de todo el día de turismo.

Am schönsten war das Frühstück im Wintergarten in der 6 Etagge, da hat man ein wunderschönen Blick über die Sonnenallee und den Fernsehturm.

Excellent hotel. Conveniently positioned for Airport, City transport etc. This was our third visit and will surely return to your hotel in the not too distant future.
Just one comment here! On our previous visit we very much appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee making facility in our room......perhaps in future this service will be possible again.
General site-seeing. Use of Gymnasium in Karstadt. Stadtbad Neukolln for swimming and sauna. Several resaurants

Very good city position, not right in the Center but not fay away. Very good transport links. Very good value for money.
Air-con a little weak in 2 out of the 3 rooms.
