Muy cutre, habitaciones muy pequeñas, tétricas.No se lo recomiendo a nadie

A 5 minutos de metro Pilmico que te lleva al centro de forma muy comoda, y autobus 24 que igualmente lleva al centro. Muy buena relacion calidad precio

El personal no demasiado agradable

A 1 KILOMETRO DE LA ESTACION VICTORIA. A PARTIR DE ESTA ESTACION CENTRICA SE PUEDE IR A TODOS LOS SITIOS.

the situation is ideal nice neighbourhood .(some good restaurants in the area)Easy reach of Pimlioo underground station(2 mins walking).The breakfast was much better than I expected( reading other reviews)Good assortment of cereals, pastries , buns, yogurt, fresh and tinned fruit ,toast ,tea, coffee and fruit juice.

The down side was the room in the basement , quite dark and smelly. the bathroom was clean but tiny and the room your name could be written in the dust.The bed was clean and comfortable, which is important. In reception they did mention that they were going to change our room ,but nothing more was said .So my daughter and I decided not to push the matter as we wouldn´t be all day in the room. So on the whole it was good value and apart from the horrible smell of drains in our room we enjoyed our stay

Está ubicado muy cerca de la estación de metro de Pimlico, y a 10 minutos de Victoria Station. Sin duda una zona muy agradable para la estancia por su cercanía al centro ya sea en metro o en el bus 24 (que es 24h) y lleva al centro en 10-15 minutos

La habitación estaba bien, aunque no especialmente grande, pero muy aceptable. Se supone que es un hotel de 4 estrellas, aunque si lo comparamos con un hotel de 4 estrellas en España no tiene nada que ver. Aunque para los precios de Londres está muy bien. El personal que atiende en el desayuno es poco agradable.

Very friendly staff. Rooms very clean, neat & tidy. Room a little on the small side for a double, but adequate if only looking for somewhere to sleep. Excellent location with underground station within a few hundred yards, likewise a number of excellent restaurants.

When I booked for myself and another male I requested a twin room. Your twin rooms [2] were booked. The staff said they would remember my request. This I am glad to say they they did. We had a twin room. Well done to your excellent staff

The room was very small and the bed quite narrrow

nice shops, cafés and restaurants in the neighbourhood, Tate gallery, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey etc are near. bus stop no 24 very near this bus takes you directly to many very interesting places

Probably wouldn't go back, but it was perfectly adequate for a bed in London for a night.

It was ok, the staff were very friendly and polite, good shower, very quiet, comfy bed

Room was tiny, Breakfast was limited (don't try the fresh orange or apple)

Victoria is a 10 minute walk with tubes to everywhere, we walked into the centre which was a long way but easily do-able.

put in a small family room right besides breakfast area so about 6am you hear all the kitchen noises, so basically no lie in. the staff on duty in breakfast area were a bit scary and tackled their duties with military precision.
