    1. Friendly service 2. location 3. Easy parking 4. Price is ok

    1. Old room 2. REALLY old beds (extremely uncomfrotable) 3. Old blankets 4. Dusty 5. Minibar poorly assorted (more tasty snacks) 6. Breakfast could be more inspiring

    Lake is nearby there is a shopping mall at 5 minutes drive

    Breakfast was pretty decent Staff was willing to drive us to the city with the shuttle whenever requested

    1) We could not sleep because the night club downstairs was blaring out music all night, staff did little to tackle it 2) The airco was not functional and the radiator in the bathroom was not working either 3) The stairs and carpets on corridors where dusty and rarely cleaned 4) Prices where too high for the quality of service provided and the aesthetics of the premises

    Hand shower set leaking and spraying all over the place. Soap/shampoo container in shower room out of order. Wake up call NOT made!!!!!!! Breafast food box promised at early (5.45 am) check out not handed over.

    1.The hotel was described as"close to city centre".This was wrong and misleading,it was 15km from city centre!2.But it was good to have a "free"shuttle to the airport,this helped to get into Geneva for daily visits.3.No free Geneva transport card was available as the hotel was nearer Lausanne than Geneva,what a pity.4.Being by the side of a busy motorway it was noisy even at night and because the A.C.was not on if we kept thewindow open(for fresh cool air) it was difficult to sleep.

    Rooms were tiny, beds not great but the food was lovely and so were the staff.

    cet hotel sera sans doute encore plus sympa aprés réalisation des travaux

    chambres fonctionnelles et propres . chambres calmes buffet petit déjeuner appétissant et varié

    hotel actuellement en travaux
