    Above average hotel which was slightly let down by sometimes casual attitude of staff. However, would still recommend it.

    Good central location. Clean has the feel of a four star rather than a three star hotel. Excellent selection of food for breakfast

    We arrived at 13.30 and our room still was not ready. They seemed surprised to see us and hastily cleaned the room. We were waiting for a further 10 minutes before we could get into our room. Considering that check out time is 12pm then a turn around time for cleaning of 1 hour. Our family room should have been available from 13.00.

    Lots of shops and restaurants. Walking distance to museums including the Prado.

    Très bien tenu. très bien situé.

    deux problèmes: le bruit, la nuit, vraiment très fort, empêchant le sommeil, la chambre étant mal insonorisée, et le lit, trop court pour moi qui suit grand, 1mètre 91.
