Excellent staff. Management on duty was attentive, polite and efficient. Super location, quiet and safe. Terrific quality and value.

I would just like to add that i and my son didn't want to leave and would definately stay there again, hopefully on our next visit. thankyou.
Lovely hotel, felt homely/cosy. Staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. We only had the breakfast but it was of good choice and quality. Our room was spacious, bright and clean, with a good standard of decor and comfortable beds.

There were pubs that sold food. fast food places and restaurants, also shops and bakeries where you could buy groceries/snacks. The underground was 2 minutes from the hotel which could take you to anywhere from a couple of stops to the Natural History Museum + Science Museum (which are free to enter) to the centre of London. It is also near to the Earls Court Exhibition Centre.

Bien situado, cerca de metro, retaurantes, cafeterias, zona muy tranquila.
Habitacion excesivamente pequeña. No accesible a minusvalidos, aunque ellos digan que si. Camas estrechas, te das la vuelta y te caes. Las cortinas remendadas y hechas jirones. Personal antipatico.
