TRATO AMABILISIMO DEL RECEPCIONISTA. DESAYUNO AMPLIO, PARA LOS ESPAÑOLES QUE COMO YO, ESTAMOS ACOSTUMBRADOS A DESAYUNAR UN CAFE Y POCO MAS. HABITACION ALGO PEQUEÑA, PERO SUFICIENTE SI NO SE LLEVA DEMASIADO EQUIPAJE. TODOS LOS DIAS TE PONEN VASOS NUEVOS, GEL Y JABON DE MANOS Y TE CAMABIAN LAS TOALLAS.
CERCA DE LAS BASILICAS, SANTA MARIA LA MAYOR, SAN JUAN DE LETRAN Y DE LA ESTACION DE TERMINI. ENCONTRAMOS UN RESTAURANTE (BOBO´S)MUY CERCA DEL HOTEL (VIA MANZONI), QUE NOS TRATARON ESTUPENDAMENTE DURANTE 3 NOCHES QUE CENAMOS ALLI. CERCA DEL HOTEL ESTA LA ESTACION DE METRO (MANZONI) EN LA VIA MANZONI A UNOS 200 MTS.

accueil agréable, personnels serviables (parle français), la chambre propre, situé proche d'une station de métro. nouss avons trèes satisfait de notre séjour.

Best Roma is small but cozy. Professionalism of the staff could be a bit better ( although they are there for you when you need them). And breakfast could be better. The underground is very close to the hotel.
You have got quite a view restaurants in the neighbourhood with good food and service for a good price.

Très propre. Personnel discret et efficace. Chambre très belle, avec de beau matériaux utilisés ; bois, marbre, stuc. Calme. Climatisation individuelle efficace et assez silencieuse.
Aucun tarif affiché dans la chambre. Pas de tarif pour les boissons dans le réfrigérateur. Chambre un peu petite.
Restaurants à proximité. Palais de la glace à 200m, le meilleur glacier de Rome dit-on.
Es un hotel familiar, muy acogedor y limpio.
Hay carencia de personal y hay que tener un poco de paciencia en cuanto a la hora del desayuno (a veces no había platos, cuchillos... limpios) y en cuanto a la limpieza de la habitación (un día llegamos a las 5 y media de la tarde y aún no lo habían limpiado), aunque esto no quita que el personal es encantador y volvería a este hotel, pero eso sí, sin prisas.
