    TODO EN PERFECTO ORDEN. PERSONAL MUY AMABLE-.

    EN LA LLEGADA LLAMARON A UN EMPLEADO QUE SABIA ALGO DE ESPAÑOL. DESPUÉS NADA. NOS LLEVAMOS UNA SORPRESA A LA VUELTA EL DIA 13 DE ABRIL, PORQUE NOS HABIAN EFECTUADO UNA RETENCIÓN EN LA TARJETA DE CRÉDITO DE 50 EUROS A CADA HABITACIÓN, MENOS A UNA QUE LE RETUVIERON 15O EUROS. A OTRA HABITACIÓN COMO ERA TARJETA DE DÉBITO SE LO ADEUDARON EN CUENTA. SI NOS DIJERON ALGO SERIA EN ALEMÁN Y NO SABIAMOS QUE IBAN A HACER ESO. HASTA EL DÍA 18 NO HAN QUITADO LA RETENCIÓN. PODRIAN TENER UNAS NOTAS EN VARIOS IDIOMAS PARA EXPLICARLO(HEMOS IDO BASTANTES VECES A HOTELES Y ES LA 1ª VEZ QUE NOS LO HACEN).

    Buena habitación. El servicio de limpieza estupendo. Buen buffett de desayuno.

    Mala atención al solicitar explicación de problemas con canales tv es español. La solución después de 3 reclamaciones ( a las 2 primeras se nos contestó que algo nos dirían, y no fue así) es que nos cambiaramos de habitación y aún así no nos aseguraban que pudiésemos conectarlos. En principio estaba perfectamente preparado para coger canales en casi todos los idiomas, pero en la práctica no. Sólo se nos dijo que era un problema del satélite, cuando en unas habitaciones se veían unos canales que en otras no se veían.

    Plenty of room for breakfast. Nice breakfast.

    Room was very hot on arrival. Air conditioner was not adequate.

    Very nice room design, close to all tourist attractions in a few bus stops. Great value for money

    No minibar in the room. Internet via pc cost us almost 5 euros for 20 minutes.

    Good atmosphere, good size rooms

    Breakfast was very busy. Hard to access food and difficulty in findign a table both mornings.

    Enjoyable stay thank you.

    -TV channels not all working. - Bath difficult to get in to, and stand in to shower.

    - restaurants - Berlin wall remains and exhibition of terror excellent -check-point Charlie - Brandenburg gate - easy to walk to main tourist attractions, and across parks

    We were well looked after, the hotel location was what we wanted and despite the large size of this hotel every thing worked well.The breafast in particular was well manage with a large choice.Would recommend.
