There was no place to keep bags prior to checking at 3:00pm.

The hotel is very central. Rooms are clean and staff friendly.

No food ie breakfast or room serviceis offered by the hotel although there are plenty of shops and restaurants including Little Italy Pizzas on the corner nearby so its not really a negative point. Also, many takeaways deliver here.

Concerts, Shows, Restaurants, Bars and Lots of Shopping.

They don't have any place to leave the luggage when you arrive early. In addition, if you arrive early they don't help you in anyway, and they just say you: "you arrived too early", "I can't do any thing". They lack quality of sevice in the reception.

I wouldn't book it again unless everywhere else was full.

The locations is great and it is what you'd expect - no frills but strong shower and clean bed. Very friendly staff but not many of them.

For the price, it is extremely basic - No bathmat for the bathroom was a low point although no hairdryer was also a disappointment, not to mention the cheap over-washed and too small towels. General feeling that everything was arranged for the ease and convenience of the staff and not for the guests. there was a litany of things " we don't do" e.g. Wake-up calls ( fairly basic for business guests), no hairdryer, no wi-fi, no room service, no porter, no baggage storage on day of departure, no cable,

The location - right in the centre of the city is what makes the price and the other negatives, almost tolerable. Check out the Crown Bar, round the corner, the Waterfront Hall on the river bank and the Shopping Malls around City Hall in Donegal Square. The lovely River Lagan is also close by.

Room was dirty.Paintwork was shoddy.Wash hand basin was cracked.TV was faulty.Room facilities were extremely spartan.Would not go there again no matter how cheap.The questionnaire is forcing me to say who I would recommend the hotel to so I have said 'individuals' but the truth is nobody.

there was a air conditioner out side my room wich spun up ever min or so, i never got to sleep till 5am ish, i was not very happy. followed by the water heating system, this would boil up ever 40 mins or so causing yet more noise. i do not feel this was a good hotel, as the bathroom had no shampoo's, and only 1 very small bar of soap, the water was not very hot.. not value for money if you asked me..

Ontbijt 5 euro voor minimaal continentaal ontbijt. Ontbijtzaal ijskoud. Buiten 0 graden.

Vriendelijk personeel, een klacht over de verwarming werd direct opgevolgd. Gunstige ligging

Door kortsluiting kon er pas na 20.00 uur worden ingecheckt en het hotel betreden worden. Tot die tijd was het onduidelijk wanneer dat kon, zodat we uren in de buurt van het hotel hebben rondgehangen en er geen gelegenheid was om ons op te frissen. Wel kregen we een gratis consumptie aan de overkant aangeboden. Door de kortsluiting bleef er de hele nacht een brandlucht hangen. Om 23.00 uur gaat de verwarming uit en om 03.00 uur weer aan. We hadden het zo koud, dat wij een bijzetkacheltje kregen. Kwaliteit van de tv slecht (slecht beeld en alleen Britse zenders).
