Habitación muy vieja y destartalada. Baño necesitado de uan reforma urgente, con desconchones en la cerámica.

hotel ideal para poder desplazarse en el tren ave de primera hora de la mañana.

With my work I stay 3 or 4 nights per week in hotels throughout the UK, France, Germany and Spain. The room given to me at your hotel was the worse I have had for many years. The basic reason customer's stay in any hotel is for sleep and comfort, for a 4-star establishment, perhaps I would have had better conditions in a 1-star? I intend to visit Barcelona again, but will clealy be looking for another hotel in the Sants area.

Reception, bar and food areas very good and staff well trained for their roles. I am a Senior Railway Engineer with responsibilitities throughout Europe, including the Madrid to Barcelona new route. So the photographs of the old steam trains were an excellent feature.

The big disappointment was the room. I am a non-smoker and the strong smell of smoke was unbearable and the so called 'air conditioning' was in fact the hot, stale and dirty air being recirulated in a room where the windows cannot be opened. The decoration of the room was also very poor. Neither my wife or myself had any sleep during the two nights at your hotel.

If you are to remain having smoking rooms, there should be more consideration to the customer's comfort and health in these rooms. I could taste the smoke for several days following the visit.

Molto comodo per chi viaggia in treno (ed in Spagna lo raccomando). Inoltre da li metro taxi ed volendo anche a piedi tutto molto usufruibile. Suggerisco sinceramente, specialmente i piani alti per la vista sulla città.
