Céntrico. Todo muy limpio. Personal muy atento y agradable en todo momento.

Mala insonorización de la habitación. Mucho ruido del tráfico.

Lo mejor, la situación.

Muy bien situado para visitar la zona turistica de Edimburgo, y muy cerca de la zona comercial. La relación calidad/precio es muy aceptable.

Bufet no muy surtido. En cuanto a la limpieza no esta mal, pero no se puede tener una aspiradora tirada en el pasillo durante 24 horas. La diferencia de alturas, en una misma planta, hace que tengas que acarrear las maletas por alguna que otra escalera.

Visita el castillo de Edimburgo y todo el casco historico, pubs y restaurantes muy cercanos, así como la zona comercial.

No nos entregaron las habitaciones hasta las 14 horas, cuando lo normal es a las 12:00

The Bedrooms are way too hot, the Air conditioning did not work at all and consequently I did not sleep very much. i asked for a fan, was told one would be sent but it never arrived!!

Loads, very central indeed

Excellent customer service and warm and friendly welcome. The Bridge restaurant is fabulous. The room is clean and well-maintained, even if the carpets are showing a little wear and the floorboards are saggy! Breakfast with scottish flavours was generous. Would come back again, definitely!

The location is excellent. The service from staff there was superb. Good gym facilities.

The room was not up to standard expected for this price. The bedding was on inside out. The iron didn't stay hot. There was very little choice for a vegetarian hot breakfast.

Good facilities, good food, excellent piano bar, helpful staff.

The heat in the hotel general areas, bar and resteraunt was unbareable the bedroom was also to warm and small Bar prices were very high so drank and ate out side the hotel as plenty to offer out side would have been nice to stay in hotel with prices that reflected the area. but this didn't cause us a problem

Excellent, the staff were the friendliest I have met anywhere, and being able to check in at 8 o clock in the morning was fantastic...

It is very central, just off the high street and 5 mins walk to Princes street. Couldnt have got more central. Great choice. Great shopping and would recommend the dungeons. brilliant laugh..
