Most of the staff are absolutely friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you--you just have to ask. Be nice to them and they'll be nice to you. The tips you give will go much farther in their pockets than they will in yours, so remember to appreciate their service. Tip the ladies that clean your room, the server who opens the bottle of wine that you brought to make the meal more enjoyable, etc. They upgraded us to a villa suite when we got there and it made the stay that much better.
Come with a strong stomach, after five days of buffet food my stomach was not too happy. This will tend to happen at any place, though.

A lot of different food choices.
The beds were really bad. They had rolls and were constantly moving around. Mattress was too soft.

Veel vakantiegangers klaagden over maag- en darmproblemen. Ook mij is dat overkomen. Zelfs mijn dominicaanse vriendin is ziek geweest ??????????
Doordat er een lage bezetting was viel het animatie-gebeuren behoorlijk tegen. Ben eerder in dit hotel geweest toen was het amusement goed. Het animatieteam is naar mijn mening continue onder invloed van drank. Door het personeel wordt ook stiekem sterke drank gedronken en in behóórlijke mate.

J ai passé des vacances fabuleuses au Barcelo j y retournerai suremnet!
l accueil et le personnel (staff,animateurs,barman) st tres chaleureux et bons vivants! le complexe hotelier est tres grand,bien fleuri.Il y a plusieurs resto jap,bresilien,italien,espagnol ,un buffet et j en passe!des spectacles fantastiques ts les soirs ac une ambiance de feu et la disco bruyante mais simpa qd mm! j ai passé des vacances geniales et inoubliables!je recommande cet hotel a quiquonque veuille passé des vacs en rép dom:famille,couple,amis ou personne seuleil y a aussi un stand d excursions qui vs st proposées. une jolie piscine ac bar ds l eau. serviettes de bain et toilettes a dispo!
vers la fin du sejour, une impression de laisser pour compte cadir moins de rapidite au niveau du service mais en fait on etait dimanche et lundi et la plupart du personnel etait en repo ,pays catho oblige!! pour ceux qui recherche calme et tranquilite totale, il y a au barcelo toujours un fond musical ou une animation! animations nautiques pr certaines payantes d autres gratuites mais il faut bouger les animateurs faineants ils vs diront que c payant ou qu il ya tp de vent pr utiliser le catamaran
plage privee de l hotel ac agents de securité car bcp de dominicains vs proposent a mm la plage des excursions moins cheres,des nattes a tressees,des cigares etc.. aux alaentours du complexe il n y a pas grand chose :un distributeur d argent en Peso Dom ,un coiffeur,un bar et 1 boutique taxiphone:net+tel.. plus loin:un micro centre commerciel ac supermarché ,pharmacie ,money exchange

Er wordt heel slecht gereageerd op klachten, bvb de airco die niet te regelen was. Heb 3 keer dit probleem aangekaart en ze hebben mij 3 keer beloofd binnen 5 minuten het probleem op te lossen. Ik heb echter nooit iemand gezien.

Awesome!Everythig was excellent, We had a lot of fun in an wonderful hotel.I really recommend it.

vacaciones barcelo debería funcionar de acuerdo a los destinos de tours que tiene en mente el cliente y no sobreponer sus tours en relacion a las comisiones de vtas.
el staff profesional de baile excelente, ademas de la atencion en el hotel
algunas habitaciones tienen olor a humedad, y lailuminacion del escenario es muy antigua, de acuerdo a la calidad de los bailarines deberia ser mas moderna.
buen hotel con todo lo necesario para pasarlo bien, falta una sala de videojuegos si.
