this hotel should be awarded 5 star status it was the best hotel I have ever stayed in and I am looking forward to staying in my next barcelo hotel.
we were without a room from 12noon on checkout day the staff were appologetic as the hotel was so busy.

Hotel was excellent. Very clean throughout. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Food was lovely and lots of choice. We had a corner room which was a very good size and a very decent sized bathroom. The hotel is within a couple of minutes from the beach. There was also no noise in the evening which meant everyone got a great nights sleep!

the hotel was very nice, we had a spacious double room overlooking the pools. the meals were 4 star with lots of variety each night and a relaxed atmosphere. the hotel organised games and activities each day and entertainment each night. my wife and i enjoyed our 4 day stay at the barcelo correlejo bay hotel and look forward to returning at some stage. the walk to the port area via the beaches or the commerical area was nice.
the spa was closed for renovations while we were there. we were offered the facilities at the "dunapark" but found them totally sub standard. we found a single cockroach in the room, which the receptionist wanted to see but still did not do anything about it.

Quality of food at mealtimes was very poor. Sausages burgers and kebabs are not the type of meat i would expect to be served in a four star hotel.

Situado dentro del núcleo urbano de Corralejo, para aquellos que gustan del espectáculo y la algarabía callejera.
Pésima atención del personal del hotel, indicativa de una inexistente política de atención al cliente del grupo Barceló. Teniendo en cuenta el tipo de clientes y el motivo de la estancia en este tipo de hoteles, me parece un grave error. Como ya había visto en otros comentarios, resulta inexplicable el importe de 6€ /hr por conectar a Ia red y 1€ por fotocopia de una página. Asimilable a un robo.

Hotel agréable situé à proximité du centre de Corralejo et des commerces avec une petite plage à proximité. Nourriture variée et de qualité. Personnel attentif et discret prêt à vous aider dans toutes vos attentes. Hotel et chambre d'une grande propreté.
Certaines chambres sont un peu bruyantes car situées au dessus du grand hall qui abrite la réception et le bar.

cassaforte a pagamento, idromassaggio in piscina in funzione solo 3 ore, ripetitività dei pasti.
