Balmoral Hotel

Staff very attentive and helpful

The Balmoral is consistent in quality and proficiency of staff. I recognise staff from a visit a year ago, which I think is always a good sign in the hotel industry.

the staff where fantastic please dont change a thing with the staff even thou you where full i expected the staff to forget some things and some mistakes to happen But i was surprised everything was perfect, especially considering you were so busy. I believe it was the concierge who offered to get my car cleaned for me as it got a bit dirty while it was parked by the hotel over night (I wish i could remember his name as he was fantastic). This extra care and service has made me decide to stay at the balmoral again and again its the extra small things that make the diffrence from a good hotel to an excellent hotel.

The only negatives i have is the quaity of the rooms for what you pay, but i do understand this might be hard to change. In alot of other 5 star hotels the beds are bigger and there is also better climate control (better heating is needed). But as it is an older hotel to get it upto a more modern quality without loosing the traditional style might be difficult.

the hotel location is fantastic there is plenty to do is one of the reasons i stayed there

prachtig hotel , ligging tov "oude en nieuwe" stad perfect .ontbijtbuffet is erg goed, roomservice is zeer adequaat. concierge was uitermate behulpzaam !
