Lo unico bueno del hotel es la atencion del recepcionista. Buena situacion por la cercania de la playa
Los cocineros son pesimos.Nosotros apenas comimos. Para colmo cuando vas a comer o cenar la bebida la tienes que pagar aparte. La limpieza es regular y las toallas te las cambian cada dos o tres dias, etc etc. Nosotros tuvimos arena en el suelo durante tres dias, con lo cual la limpieza brilla por su ausencia. El protocolo de comportamiento de la gente del salon comedor es insultante (y se de lo que hablo puesto que soy del gremio). La piscina es un charco. Vamos, que no le recomiendo el hotel a NADIE.
NADA. solo tienes unas tiendas y un burger cerca, algunos restaurantes, pero vamos, no tienes nada fuera de esto por las cercanias. Te tienes que mover en coche para poder ir a cualquier lado.

Todo muy bien, habitacion sencilla pero bonita y todo muy limpio, la nuestra habitacion era muy central, se podia ver la piscina del hotel que esta fuera enfrente.El buffet para el desayuno, almuerzo y cena esta muy bien, hay muchas cosas, tambien helado. Muy bueno raporto calitad-precio!
Si entre otras cosas hubiese tambien yoghurt para el desayuno seria una maravilla!
Bares, restaurantes, hay un disco bar casi al lado.

This is an outstanding, value for money, Spanish hotel, the rooms are adequate, but could do with a bit of tlc. Will definately stay again. thankyou.
An excellent value for money hotel, run by a very efficient and friendly staff who are always ready to help.
The food is of medium quality, the variety was very limited, unfortunately it was always served luke warm, Had the food been available hot, I am sure it would have been more enjoyable.
We have stayed in this hotel on Two or Three occasions, and have always brought friends with us. We were all a bit dissapointed in the lack of food served hot, but discounting this we all enjoyed our stay there.

Great location: near to beach, shopping close by, easy to walk to from airport, easy bus into Palma.
Room quality is more like a 2-star than a 3-star.

An excellent hotel, we have stayed here before and have brought friends here with us, everyone was very happy staying in this lovely hotel. Will hopefully return in the not too distant future. Regards to you all at the Balmes. From Terry & Eileen Church.& Terry & Pamela Laxton.

very clean, maid service daily, towels changed daily reception staff very pleasant.
we did not mind but appeared to be only english people using hotel the rest of the residents were spanish and there were times when staff did not understand us but really this could be our fault for not learning the language.
lots of restaurants and lovely beach side walks where they have constructed beautiful walkways which takes you into Palma approx 7 kilmometres, and there is a beautiful very long and wide sandy beach which is regularly cleaned.

Ideale Lage. Direkt am Meer, nicht weit weg von Palma und tolle verkehranbindung zur Besichtigung der restlichen Insel. Tolle Lage, tolle Insel!!!!

ne pas payer + de 65? la nuit en pension complète en chambre double sinon c'est cher pour ce que c'est !
hôtel bien situé proche des plages bien desservi par les bus personnel de la réception accueillant wifi gratuit
hôtel très mal insonorisé beaucoup de bruit la nuit nourriture pas bonne est répétitive au niveau du choix piscine trop petite personnel de la cantine plutôt désagréable salle de bain trop petite difficile d'accéder aux toilettes

Yo he reservado este hotel para mis padres que venían unos días de visita, reservando a través de Hotelopia, para dos personas, la relación calidad precio siendo realista es inmejorable, he mirado en HOSTALES de la zona, con habitaciones muchisimo peores, con olor a tabaco, medias bañeras y sin desayuno y el precio por habitacion y noche era el doble. Super contentos hemos vuelto a reservar 3 noches más.
De nuevo la relación calidad/precio es fantástica y no se puede quejar uno de nada, esta a 2 minutos caminando de la playa y del centro de Can Pastilla. Todo muy limpio y el staff muy amable.
