    Everyone is friendly,the staff are great,it is a nice atmosphere,the food variety is fantastic

    There were a lot of children and there was nowhere adults could go to escape them I.e there wasn't one pool kept for adults and the rest for children.

    I didn't feel the need to leave the hotel as it was all inclusive,however the hotel was offering a free trip to a water park.

    nice and clean. Cleaning LAdies/staff alway very smiliy and friendly. bar staff and animation staff also very friendly and smilie.

    mini club not ok. too much chiken and fish in the buffet..more beef The rools abaut towels on the sunbeds(reservations) should bee folowd. NO RESERVATIONS

    We tried - in vain - to change our room. We were situated on the 4th floor in Lanzarote block directly outside of the lift (no carpet) I am pregnant and in bed by 10pm every evening only to be woken several times with people entering/exiting the lift. I asked at the reception twice on two days to be moved only to be told they would move me "the next" day. They said they would put a letter under the door to let me know the details. This never occurred and I gave up. This was a shame, as the main purpose of the trip was to have a relaxing break for me before having my baby.

    no beach - unless you class that little bit of "builders sand" at the side a beach.

    Absolutely nothing! Walked into Playa Paraiso - we both felt very uncomfortable there - didn't feel very safe. Some "Odd" locals about. Took taxi back and he drove at 100km per hour all the way back - frightening!
