Availablity of taxis was excellent. Taxis were quite cheap.
I did not consider the standard of accommodation was good enough to be four -star. The bathroom looked worn: floor, shower pan; the shower door was off it's hinges. The patio window lock was broken; the outside window blind did not work. The decor of the room was very dark.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. It was very comfortable, clean and the room was quite spacious . Air conditioning made for a comfortable stay. the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. A leisurely breakfast time - 7.00 till 10.30 - was a bonus.

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The breakfast was poor and the room is dark.
There is nothing to be done near the hotel. All tourist attractions like the Coliseum and Roman Forum are far away.
