Internet no funcionaba siempre. El jacuzzi no funcionó en toda la semana
de todo, muy centrico

Lovely welcome at reception with porter bringing wet towels to freshen up and hot tea whilst we checked in. The staff were very friendly. There is a turkish hamam downstairs which was reasonably priced compared to others in the city. Free wireless internet to keep bored kids happy as well. Clean, well-presented roof top restaurant for breakfast with views over the Bosphorous. Poor choice of morning music though! Would stay again.
Located on steep hill so could be problem or some people.

Otherwise good value for money.
As my wife broke her foot on the first day we had to spend the whole of our trip in the hotel. The staff were very helpful and polite which made things a lot more comfortable for us.
As we were in the hotel so long maybe they should introduce at least one English speaking channel that had items other than world news. What would be even better would be the introduction of a pay channel showing films.
All main attractions are in distance close by. However I believe you should warn people in your description of the hotel that the pavements and roads are in a very bad state of repair and the e roads leading to the attractions are very steep,
