Unable to understand these headings as they appear to be in Dutch so unable to comment.
Very central position but very quiet inside. Very polite staff. Room has everything we would need. Very impressed with the lovely courtyard and free internet access and lounge and service areas. Would certainly recommend this hotel.
Only thing I can find to complain about is the hairdryer which has an extremely low wattage and took an absolute age to dry my hair. Would take my own next time. TV was small for room.

We have been living in Europe for 3 years and have been to several countries and stayed mostly in 4 or 5 star hotels. This only being a 3 star was right up there with the best of them. The staff was awesome and this was the first hotel we've stayed in that actually had a mini fridge in the room you could put your own stuff in. And the biggest kicker for us was unlimited "free" wireless internet. Centrally located and awesome hotel for the price! I would recommend it to anybody.
Everything is within 10 minutes walking distance.

réfrigérateur disponible appréciable dans la chambre très bien situé au coeur du centre historique
difficile d'être dans le centre historique sans entendre les cloches du Duomo mais parfaitement supportable
accès en quelques minutes à pied des principaux lieux touristiques de Florence
La situación en el centro de Florencia es excelente, no se puede estar más cerca de la catedral de Duomo, salvo pasar la noche
dentro de Duomo.
La atención del personal es excelente, siempre dispuesto a ayudarte en cualquier cosa que necesites.
