La ubicación

Habitaciones muy pequeña, solicitamos cama de matrimonio y piso alto y eran 2 camas y un primer piso. El wc tenia escape de agua cada vez que se utiliza y lo mismo con la ducha. Calidad del desayuno bastante pobre.

Buena ubicación. Está muy cerca de la Mezquita Azul y de Santa Sofía.

Air conditioning in the room. All what we need in the room and the breakfast was ok. Good location near all best museums and mosquee ! Amazing location and good wifi connection

I have never seen a double standard room small like that we could not even fit the luggages and we had to tidy the room differently. The train is right down the hotel so noisy noisy all the time. Some of the guy at reception did not know anything about Istanbul and others very kind and helpful.

It was in a very central position to the major tourist sites and we were only a street or so away from the Hippodrome, Blue Mosque etc. We only had the breakfast (didn't venture to the restaurant) and it was all very good in a pleasant setting. Staff at front desk and breakfast staff all very friendly and helpful. Room was not the biggest i've ever been in but it was very adequate for our needs and as we were going to be out and about most of the day....... Bed comfy, electric safe in room, fridge(stocked with typical over-priced drinks and snacks) which we used to store our own water, nice bathroom and we had a balcony, although the view wasn't the best (although we could see the sea) but it was nice to have the option to get outside for the fresh air.. It was a very clean and tidy room and the hotel looked appealing from the outside. Didn't notice any noise from adjoining rooms either although the train runs fairly close but not late at night. I think we heard more noise from the seagulls! Very nice and would recommend.

It was quite warm while we were there and we found that the aircon didn't seem to work. After questioning the front desk he said he'd get someone to look at it. It was the same the next day and a different guy said it was out of their control as they were all turned on centrally. I did think about asking to change rooms but the hotel was busy and i simply forgot. So i don't know what was true, either they couldn't be bothered to fix it or they are turned on centrally. We did open a window but wouldn't sleep with the door open as our balcony linked with all the others and probably the lower street. It wasn't a huge problem, a bit frustrating waking in the middle of the night with a tongue like the bottom of a budgies cage.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The ambiance was very relaxed and everything was catered for without going OTT>

Location was excellent - lots to see within walking distance including the Blue Mosque & the Palace.

the hotel is trying to rank itself as a top class, but i dont think it will be very soon

you dont need a taxi to go to the tourism places. but then many hotels nearby and offer same conditions with less price.

dont get decieved by the picture,, its a small boutique. check in process took nearly 1 hour

Its a very big city and very busy, but you are in best place here.

Very clean, well finished rooms, excellent bathroom, really powerful shower. great location. Couldnt be better.

Very friendly staff. Very nice rooms. Great location for the sights.

The sound insulation between rooms is very poor - we could hear people talking in reception and other rooms - they were not being particularly loud but the noise really travelled. Likewise, TV's are mounted on the walls - when out next door neighbour turned their TV on it was as loud as if it was in our room
