Por decir algo, la habitación era un poco oscura. Nos tocó una habitación interior (nada ruidosa), por lo que hubiéramos agradecido algún punto de luz adicional en la habitación

It is a good hotel that i come back

Hotel is very clean. Breakfast good quality. Hotel modern and well designed and in good location.

Minibar in room didn't work. Reported it to reception on first night and they said they'd get it fixed. Reported it again on second night, same reply. Stayed four nights and gave up hope on getting a working minibar. Drainage in shower tray wasn't very good either. Shame, because hotel is otherwise great.

Budapest Wine Festival in September is a great day out.

Although the hotel doesn't have a restaurant as such (only a dining area for breakfast) it is not the sort of place you would want to have a long stay in but for a short city break then we would recommend it.

Our room and the hotel in general were both very clean. The room had all the facilities needed, the shower was brilliant and being on the third floor gave us a fair amount of natural light from the glass roof of the Atrium. The hotel was in a good location for visiting the sites of the city and being set back off the main road meant it was nice and quiet.

Rooms on the lower floors would have less natural light........

Just a 10 minute walk takes you to the river where there is plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. The central market hall is well worth a visit and we thoroughly recommend one of the short boat trips as the best way to see the sights along the river (we went on the legenda cruises) In the other direction is the Nyugati station where there is a large modern shopping mall (although prices were expensive) and momento park which provides information on what Hungary was like during the communist era.

Organization of the breakfast - coffee machine not working a couple of mornings, and dishes were not re-plenished quickly enough.

Get on a bus or the metro.

The staff is very friendly and service is very professional!

Nice modern hotel wtih a good feel to it. The atrium in the middle gives a ligh and airy feel. Friendly and welcoming staff. Very clean. Close to metro station, trams and buses for easy access to other parts of Budapest.

Temperature into the hotel was to high and A/C into the room couldn't be adapted.

No tea or coffee provided which was disappointing as all the hotels I have ever stayed in, that provide a kettle, would provide both tea and coffee as standard. Also breakfast items were not topped up if guests arrived well before the breakfast finishing times.
