Si dejas la habitación mas tarde de las 14 es dificil que te la hagan y en recepción dificultad de entendimiento por no dominar otra lengua que no sea la polaca

needs renovation - e.g. windows very difficult to close; paint build up on fittings, no headboards in bedroom, no telephone in room

Very good bus service from outside hotel

was suprised to find such good hotel for a cheap price like this. on the map it look far from the centre but it takes about 15 min by bus and taxis are very cheap anyway

The Bus Stops are close by & and there is a small convenient supermaket across the road & a Pizza place.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable & well heated.The buffet breakfast was very good and substantial. There is a Taxi rank by the Hotel. The Wake up call i requested was for the time I asked.

1.Staff don't smile 2. Restaurant wasn't open at advertised time. We had to go to Hotel Potos (next door) for our meal. 3. I asked for a hairdryer and was told I would have to go to the Portos Hotel to get one. Given that I am disabled and would have had to negotiate 2 lots of steps, I didn't bother. 4.I stated in my bookling that I was disabled with mobiliy impairment & could only walk short distances & that I could not use stairs & would need assistance on some occasions. I did'nt even know that there was a wheelchair lift available until i discovered it by accident. I feel that the staff should have paid more attention to my written request to make things easier for me. However, i also feel that a lot of this had to do with the fact that none of the staff spoke English very well.

Don't really know as we spent our time with family elsewhere.

Clean but needs to update the rooms to 21st century standards, very handy beecause it is very near to the city centre, by bus to the centre it just takes about 20 miniutes. Breakfast is good.

Hotel was clean, freindly staff but need more staff that can speak english language,

Rooms do not have phone service, furniture could be updated, balcony could be more improved with aliminium railing, partion to balcony could be modernised, no bedlamps for reading was working, no bulbs in them. Door of the room could be changed to modern door and it gives it a better look the room, but as such it looks like you are in a prison cell. Also and the last thing is the corridors, they need more furniture, painting hanging on the wall which will make it more warm when you walk to your room. One thing that I found missing for breakfast was yoghurt, but on the whole the breakfast was good.

Make a statue or fountains as a Landmark for tourist and also it helps the appearence of the Hotel when you are advancing to the hotel.

staff do not like or want 2 help brits !!! and was charged for 3 rooms and given 2. dus the job thow if ur just there for a weekend.

it was nice to be there in the hotel atos for one night.
