Atlas City Hotel

Recepción 24horas, habitación amplia, y personal muy amable. Conexión Wifi pero solo en el Hall de entrada.

La limpieza es mejorable. Nos encontramos una cucaracha en la habitación. Las camas no estaban muy limpias. El suelo es de moqueta. Las instalaciones necesitan una renovación.

Poca cosa. No hay casi nada interesante cerca. Está cerca de la estación de Tren.

Relacion precio calidad. Trato del personal.

Los alrededores del hotel, esta en una zona que no da seguridad, son unos 500 metros hasta la parada de metro que hay que ir acompañado. El desayuno fatal, no hay ni bolleria ni nada que mojar en el cafe, el embutido muy mal, no he visto nunca un bufet de desayuno tan mal preparado para los españoles.

El hotel no es muy comfortable y limpio aunque por el precio que mantiene tampoco se esparaba una calidad muy alta. Sin embargo si es importante resaltar que la zona en la que se encuentra a pesar de no estar a mucha distancia del centro no parece ser muy buena y da un poco de inseguridad salir de ahí por la tarde-noche

The hotel was in an excellent position. The Metro was close by and the tram links were very accessable The Service at the reception was always positive and the staff were happy to make suggestions. Their Recomendation for Restaurants was very good. We would use this Hotel again if we return to Budapest

We were given a room on the fourth floor at the front of the Hotel The noise from the trams that passed the hotel to the early hours of the morning was a little unbearable at times. We eventually got used to the noise.

Was actially a decent hotel in a close ish location at a decent price, There was however a few issues.

There is no restaurant, You can only use the internet in the lobby, AND DO NOT EVER USE THE HOTEL PHONE EVER !!!! I was completely shafted at check-out time for a phone bill to the tune of almost 600 pounds uk !!!!!! The call rates are not written anywhere and the rates are upto 4 pounds per minute which is the highest I have ever heard of and leaves a very bad taste in my mouth and I just wonder how many others have been ripped off like me ?

5/10 minute walk to the centre of the city which isnt bad for the price

Quality and choice of breakfast could be improved.

Pleasant atmosphere in the hotel, nice lobby, hotelrooms are clean and bigger than average.

Two very small elevators. Only WIFI/internet in lobby. We had to hand in the hotelroom key every time we left the hotel. Sometimes it was quite busy at the reception so we had to wait to get our hotelroom key. We´d rather have those "creditcard" like key-cards.

Visit the city centre, see the Royal Palace, Gellèrt Hill and shop till you drop on fashion street and the shopping malls

The hotel was visited by a large group of young people. The doors are so thin that all the noise from the corridor can be heard from far away, It was not possible to sleep.During first night the hotel staff did nothing to keep the group quiet but the second night went lot better. After complaint.

The fridge was big enough to fit my own drinks and even snacks.

Bathroom : the shower cabin was dirty - the wall was covered with black substance - mould of some kind - which was easy to take off - only nobody wanted to clean it. The noice isolation was very poor or non existing. No smoking sign in the lobby was clearly a joke because the other visitors were even provided with ash trays during the evening. Good thing the smoke was not going to the floors.

Nice, clean, not too far from the center of the city, godd ratio price/services

Somes rooms (On the Street side) are quite noisy

Very good reception desk for arrival, departure and in between. Excellent supply of city maps and tourist details including advice on using Budapest's public transport.

Breakfast was adequate, but lacked any imagination and was virtually identical every day.
