bien situado
comida escasa y arrasada a la hora de comenzar el desayuno y ....no se repone. 6 dias sin funcionar uno de los tres pc.para 300 habitaciones no hay agencia de viajes ni minima informacion para el viajero

la presencia exterior y las instalaciones,la limpieza y el personal son lo mejor de este hotel y por supuesto su situacion.
La falta de cuidado en el mantenimiento de las habitaciones.
Renovar la decoracion de las habitaciones y las instalaciones en las mismas.

Buen aspecto general de las instalaciones
No había toallas en el cuarto de baño, tuvimos que pedirlas. No explicaban en la habitación los servicios del hotel, en particular no había ninguna indicación sobre que para hacer uso de la caja fuerte había que pagar en recepción previamente un alquiler

La comida era muy mala, poca variedad, y la calidad dudosa. El servicio era bueno, pero había camareros muy desagradables.

la habitacion que acupamos podia estar un poco mejor, se nota que ya necesita alguna que otra reparacion en el baño y el suelo pues tambien habra conocido tiempos mejorespero en general se le puede dar un aprobado alto.

mainly french speaking
poor room allocation on arrival but was able to change to a better one (no fridge, no chair, tv not working, not clean) excellent swimming pool maid service in room every day air conditioning
evening meal was good but almost the same every day! no shop nearby bottled water was 4 times more expensive than from a shop no english speaking tv channels except news
local restarants, coffee bars, ice cream parlours. 30 minute walk to town centre but taxis are cheap

nice pool and garden, room perfectly adeqate, nice decor around lobby area and ground floor.
Prices at bar and food very expensive for what they are - food quality not acceptable, would not pay the prices there or eat there again. Which is a shame as they have a captive audience, particularly people around the pool area. Other hotels, even 5 star usually have snacks, lunches at a reasonable price. Price of mineral water and other things in the hotel shop wildly expensive. internet very slow and frustrating. Could do with a fridge in the rooms.
plenty of restaurants and inexpensive eating places just across the road from the hotel and there is a small supermarket near the hotel which shows just how much things like mineral water should really cost.
