My company has just started to conduct business in the area of liverpool, and i am trying various hotels to recommend for other colleagues who will be visiting the area I requested to view the executive rooms during my visit but was unable to
Reception area/lobby very impressive, good decor and bright in appearance. Check in was efficient, staff very polite
I booked two standard rooms, both of the rooms evidenced the need for refurbishment, even if the walls were repainted it would significantly improve the appearance. I expected more for the price, even for a standard room The room was not representative of a 4* hotel.
Albert dock a short distance away Very nice restaurants within walking distance

food was poor over one hour wait between finishing dinner and getting dessert ,when we arrived we had 45 minute wait 2 check-in and reception staff not very helpful

Good value for money
I ordered room service at 03:30 and had my order delivered, but was not allowed to put it on a room account and no receipt was produced. The cost was also a made-up inflated figure. Be very careful!

Second time stayed at this hotel, great location, rooms with view of River best. Clean, comfortable and great value.

Clean, good choice at breakfast, overall - good value for money.
Shops are not far way - about 1 mile to the centre.
