The hotel is situated in a Georgian house with a contemporary feel. It is a unique property in so far as it shows the vein of a country escape yet overlooks the twinkling lights of Waterford City. It is a home in which to enjoy relaxed hospitality, intriguing menus and river views. There are 29 rooms in total at this design hotel, where guests are welcomed in the lobby with a 24-hour reception and lift access to the upper floors. Food and drink are served in the restaurant. A car park is also available.

Each bedroom is uniquely named after a distinguished writer, artist, inventor or musician. All rooms offer a flat-screen TV, CD player, radio, ironing set, tea and coffee making facilities and broadband Internet access (fees may apply). All are en suite with a shower, bathtub and hairdryer.
