fantastic room with early check in complementary water and fruit by poolside good location
quality of food in the Bytes restaurant did not match the prices paid for everything in room including tea and coffee

Tout le personnel est tres attentionné et souriant present mais discret.
Les bouteilles d'eau et cafès presents dans la chambre sont payants vu le standing de lhotel c'est décevant sachant que le mini bar est dèjà payant.

Business Centre should change it's system of cutting you off when your money has run out. You would expect this in an IT Cafe not a five star hotel!!!
I have stayed in the Arts many times and still think it is one of the best hotels in Barcelona. The staff at reception and the concierge were excellent as were the staff at breakfast and in the Tapas bar. But those in the restaurant next to the lobby need some serious training!!
Whilst my room was very nice, I feel the furniture is beginning to look a bit worse for wear with chips in the wood - perhaps it was just my room. Mini-bar was replenished some days and not others. The restaurant off the lobby was a real disappointment. The staff just did not seem to know what they were doing and seemed to be in another world. They brought us bread and when we asked for a side plate she brought a saucer and then when she brought the side plate put it on the wrong side - not what you expect from a five star hotel. The other lady serving then took our bottle of wine whilst there was still quite a bit of wine remaining again not something you expect of five star hotel!!!
