Located in central Manchester. Manchester Art Gallery on opposite site of road. China Town in next block. Manchester Museum of Science and Industry 10 minutes walk.

we came for a concert at the MEN and the hotel is well located for things to do in the city centre and close to Piccadilly train station. Chinatown is on the doorstep.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Concierge were excellent helped us out with getting around. Rooms were nice, modern and clean.

Room 603 on 6th floor. Aircon units outside window VERY noisey. Room was far too hot, and the only way to cool it down was to turn on fairly noisy fan. The light for the fan on the wall was really bright - had to hang a cloth over it to get the room dark. Finally, temp of the shower was hit and miss - kept running hot and cold morning and evening.

First time in Manchester,could not have picked a better hotel.From the moment of entering the hotel the welcome was warm and friendly.I would highly recommend this hotel,in terms of professionalism,comfort,food and location. Also grat value for money.

Location was excellent,easy acess to shops,transport,tourist attractions etc.

The hotel is in a central location so is perfectly situated for getting about. It is very clean and nicely decorated. I would recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel.

I was not to fussed about the cooked breakfast. It would be nicer if it was cooked specifically for you and to your liking. I did not like breakfast served in buffet style. The food was cold in parts and sausages seemed under cooked.

The hotel is close to the city centre so is perfect for shopping and restaurants. Piccadily bus/train station is in walking distance to get about to other destinations.

information on the parking arrangements were not disclosed on the website. This caused an issue as I was not aware of the £15 per day rate which added to the room rate made the overall room rate overpriced.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and very clean. The food we had was of very good quality.

The cost is quite high for a stay especially when coupled with the cost of breakfast at £12 per person which is ridiculous. There was no kettle or brew making facilities in our room.
