Hotel Arora International Gatwick

on the balcony,it would be a good idea to have 2 sunloungers instead of 2 of the chairs incase its to windy to go down to the pool. the gym could do with another treadmill as 1(old one)was not enough(waiting to use it).

rooms should be cleaned(and towels)more often and properly.the cleaners when cleaning the rooms above should keep the noise down as it disturbs when still in bed.(all the furniture was being dragged along the floor instead of being lifted and that created a loud noise for the guests below)

nothing really-when we checked in they couldn't seem to find our reservation however as i'd only booked a couple of hours before i presumed it may not have gone on to their system yet also no soap in the room - sounds a bit petty i know however had i have known i would have bought my own

can walk into crawley centre - we were only there one evening so didn't explore the area too much -just popped out to get something to eat

I just travelled from Sydney-Singapore-London-Prague-Milan-Bucharest-Milan-Paris-Venice-London-New York-Los Angeles-San Diego-Sydney. This property was hands down, the best value for money in the whole trip. It is quite a trek out of the city, but the service, food and experience was impeccable. I needed to leave at 4:30am for an early flight and the hotel staff went out of there way to ensure I was offered breakfast before my flight. Incredible.

Shopping Centre.

Extremely clean and comfortable for our overnight before flying out from Gatwick early morning. Excellent value (£55) per room. Transfers to and from airport quick (10 mins door to door) and efficient using hotel bus (£2,50) pp each way. Reserve a place on the bus for return to airport when checking in. This saves time in the morning and guarantees your seat. Wish we had been staying longer!

Only overnight so didn't explore. Could be quite good for an out of town place to stay whilst visiting London, if you didn't want to stay right in the city?

An excellent hotel situated conveniently to Gatwick Airport. The room was excellent and the bed very comfortable. My only complaint would be that I think that overnight parking should be provided at a greatly reduced price for guests.

Everything was wonderful.

The hotel is right next to the train station into London, so really convenient to go spend the day in town to do whatever.

Everything was positive about our stay, we have spent some beautyful days there.

The only negative thing was, that at the reception, nobody spoke german, or any other language that we could understand. But still, it wasnt't a drastical thing.

Shopping in the plaza, near the hotel, we couldn't discover any other activities, because we went directly in the hotel.

Sunday morning at 10:30 am there was no restaurant service available for breakfast other than bar snack. Seems that a 4 star hotel should have good food service available on a lazy late Sunday morning for guests that have enjoyed the morning in a relaxed manner.
