    es muy gratificante el spa, y el jardin, muy cuidado, hacen de las cenas un placer.

    el spa necesitaria un reloj que orientase el ratito que estás , sobre todo en la sauna.y alguna cámara de vigilancia. y en las cenas deberian variar el menú nocturno. pues me quedé 4 noches y fueron repetidos. y las baldosas de la habitación del suelo, al ser tan claras ,y venir con los pies mojados del spa.se ensucia todo.

    una pasada, pero solo si estas de paso, esta al lado del aeropuerto, a 10 minutos en taxi o coche del centro, transfer al aeropuerto te llevan gratis, buen desayuno, buen spa, buena calidad de habitaciones, moderno, etc.

    que esta un poco lejos de alicante.

    solo hay que informar a los clientes que el spa no es una piscina esto es importante.

    room was nice and clean, drinks at the bar were cheap Without the below problems and if the spa and terrace were open as advertised this would have been a lovely break Only 10 euro taxi from the airport

    I was told on arrival the spa was closed until 8.30pm then would open later so we decided to have dinner first so could visit the spa later. We were unable to use the outside terrace due to a private party which was a shame as it looked lovely on the website. We ate and went down to reception at 9 to use the spa and were told it still wasnt open due to a private party using it that had over run (the same ones using the terrace earlier) so we could use the spa today. I said that was unfair as we booked the hotel due to the fact it had a spa and terrace and we could n't use either - she then phoned someone and said i could go in at 9.45 - I went down and no-one was around so had a swim - then all the lights went out at 10 they had shut down the spa without checking who was there (knowing i was there as I had been the one to make the private party move out) and leaving me in the pitch black! Luckily I had my phone so could shine a little light around so got out the pool and luckily managed to find the door out - not a good experience! Transfer to airport wasn't free costs 5 euros each
